Ausschreibung des Deutschen Kurzfilmpreises 2011

Kulturstaatsminister Bernd Neumann wird am 24. November 2011 den Deutschen Kurzfilmpreis 2011 als nationalen Spitzenpreis in Kooperation mit der Hochschule für Film und Fernsehen "Konrad Wolf" in Potsdam verleihen.Ausgezeichnet werden herausragende künstlerische und innovative Kurzfilme bis 30 Minuten Laufzeit in den Kategorien Spiel-, Dokumentar- und Animations-/Experimentalfilm sowie - fakultativ - ein Sonderpreis für Filme mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als 30 bis 78 Minuten. Mit den Auszeichnungen sind Preisgelder von insgesamt 230.000 Euro verbunden. Die Entscheidung über die Auszeichnungen des Deutschen Kurzfilmpreises trifft der Beauftragte der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien auf Empfehlung der Jurys Deutscher Kurzfilmpreis.

Verbände und Einrichtungen des deutschen Films sind aufgefordert, ihre Vorschläge für den Deutschen Kurzfilmpreis bis zum 17. Juni 2011 an folgende Anschrift zu senden:

Änderungen in der Verwaltungspraxis des BKM im Zusammenhang mit dem Deutschen Kurzfilmpreis sind dem unterwww.kulturstaatsminister.de (Filmförderung/Richtlinien) veröffentlichten Informationsblatt zu entnehmen.

Photo Organizer

Die Freeware Photo Organizer (Bono PhotoSorter) ist ein kleiner Helfer bei der Organisation von Fotobeständen. Das Programm hilft, Fotos und Bilder gezielt zu kopieren bzw. zu verschieben und in einer datumbasierten Ordnerstruktur abzulegen. Das Programm stützt sich dabei auf die in den einzelnen Fotos enthaltenen Exif-Datumangaben und generiert eine übersichtliche Anordnung von Bildbeständen ähnlich Adobe Lightroom.

Gouache

Gouache (von italienisch guazzo ‚Lache‘) ist ein wasserlösliches Farbmittel. Sie besteht aus gröber vermahlenen Pigmenten unter Zusatz von Kreide. Als Bindemittel wird Gummi Arabicum verwendet. Sie kann sowohl für deckende als auch für lasierende Maltechniken verwendet werden. Damit vereint sie die Vorzüge der Aquarellfarbe (lasierend) und die der Ölfarbe (pastos) und kann in dünnen oder auch dickeren Schichten vermalt werden und auch alla-prima ohne Untermalung oder Lasur. Weiße Bildteile können durchaus deckend gestaltet werden und müssen nicht wie bei der Aquarellmalerei ausgespart werden.

Nach dem Trocknen weist Gouache eine samtene matte Oberfläche auf. Gute Gouachfarbe hellt nach dem Trocknen nicht auf, sofern es sich um Künstlerfarben mit lichtechten Pigmenten handelt. Sie kann wie jede wasserlösliche Farbe auch nach dem Trocknen wieder angelöst werden.

Gouache wird vorwiegend für Untergründe wie Papier oder Karton verwendet, kann aber auch wie Tempera,Öl- oder Acrylfarbe auf Leinwand und anderen textilen Untergründen vermalt werden.
Die erste Verwendung von gouacheartigen Farben ist für die Buchmalerei des frühen Mittelalters belegt. Sie fand früher jedoch meistens nur Verwendung in der Kulissen- und Dekorationsmalerei.

Erst im 15. Jahrhundert entdeckten bedeutendere Künstler diese Technik für sich. Raffael, Tizian und Dürer verwendeten Gouache für Studien und Entwürfe, andere untermalten ihre Ölbilder mit Gouache. Bedeutende Vertreter der moderneren Gouache-Malerei sind Henri Matisse, Marc Chagall, Paul Wunderlich oder Otto Müller.
